I did not receive the sms with the link for the remote installation :
The sms which was sent for the remote installation is WAP-push type.
On certain models of mobile, you will not see the reception notification of WAP-Push type sms. If you did not receive a message, check in your mobile reception folder (possibly wap folder for Motorola). It is also possible that the WAP-Push function of your phone is de-activated. In this case, we cannot send you the link for the remote installation. To activate this function, please find your model and follow instructions
- Samsung model: go in message, WAP-Push then to authorize WAP-Push. Select the option “always”.
- SonyEricsson model: go in the menu on Download, then Internet/WapPush/Configuration. Choose then the option “always”
- (for the Siemens models only): profile HTTP or JAVA is not configured.
This configuration is important for the Siemens models, in addition to configuration WAP. Contact your operator to know this configuration.
